With the premium packages Basic, Basic Plus, Professional, Professional Plus and Enterprise we offer you 5 different options for purchase. The packages differ in the number of supported domains of your agency profile.
Only on booked domains your contact details are publicly visible.
The following domains have their own news and forum content in the respective national language.
1. What exactly is a domain?
A domain is a globally unique name of a website. Every website has a unique URL. Since Transfermarkt is active in several countries, Transfermarkt has several so-called top-level domains. A top-level domain is the ending of a URL (e.g. .de, .com, .co.uk). For example, if you as an agent have booked the premium service only on the German (.de) domain, your contact data will also only be visible to third parties on this domain. Visitors of transfermarkt.com will not be able to see your contact data.
2. On which domains can I book the premium service?
Currently, our premium service can be booked on 28 domains. You can find an overview of these 27 domains in our flag chart.
3. Can I change my booked package during my subscription?
If you would like to upgrade to additional domains during your subscription period, please contact us. We will provide you with an according offer.
4. I would like to prolong my existing subscription. What do I have to do for this?
Your subscription for the premium service will automatically be extended for another year, unless you have terminated the contract in accordance with the notice period of two months.
5. I want to renew my subscription but change the package. What do I have to do for this?
To change the package after the contract period has expired, you must terminate your current subscription in time, according to the notice period of two months. Once your subscription has expired, you can select your new package and start the payment process again.
6. I want to renew my subscription but change my domains. What do I have to do for that?
If you would like to change your domains, please feel free to contact us personally. We will be able to make these changes for you accordingly.
7. Can I cancel a current subscription at any time?
No, the subscription can only be terminated at the end of the agreed contract period with due observance of the notice period of two months.
8. How do I cancel the premium service?
You can cancel the premium service by contacting agent@transfermarkt.com within the period of notice of two months.
9. What payment options do I have?
At this time, we can only accept credit card payments.
10. I would like to renew my subscription but change my credit card information. What do I have to do for this?
You will be notified two months before your contract automatically renews. In this email you will find instructions on how to change the credit card information.
